مدلسازي آلایندههای هوا به روشAermod و …، مدلسازي و مديريت كيفيت آب دريا، مدلسازي انتشار آلودگي حرارتي و شوری در محيطهاي آبي با هدف کمک به مکانيابي، طرح ريزي و اطمينان از عملکرد صحيح Outfall در نيروگاهها، پالايشگاهها و مجتمعهاي پتروشيمي، مدلسازي انتشار آلودگيهاي نفتي در محيطهاي آبي به منظور شناسايي نقاط نشت، کمک به تهيه برنامههاي واکنش سريع در برابر نشت و طرحهاي مهار آلودگي و آلودگيزدايي (Remediation)، مدلسازي پديده پخش و پراکنش جوي و همچنین مطالعات جامع کنترل کيفيت هواي مناطق شهري؛
